The former “Suits” actress, 41, and Harry, 38, don’t take a salary from the nonprofit Archewell Foundation — but their CEO James Holt received an annual salary of $59,846 and $3,832 in other benefits. (Note: Both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle make millions from Archewell’s “mix of for-profit” efforts, but more on that later.)
As the Duke and Duchess made the transition from the UK to the US and founded Archwell, according to sources, Holt first joined the nonprofit’s board without compensation, before later assuming the role of CEO/Executive Director. The source told The Post that the 2022 IRS 990 filing will likely reflect Holt’s full pay and a wider scope of extended work hours.

Tax docs report at least three staff members are still working — CEO Holt, an administrative assistant and a distribution program manager.
Two other salaries were also noted, with $40,867 allocated for “program service” and $22,811 listed for “management and general expenses”.
The tax filing also reported an amalgam of other expenses, including $427,110 in legal fees, $69,042 for conferences, conventions and meetings, as well as $12,096 for travel costs.
Kar Record also noted that Archewell’s core mission is to “uplift and unite communities – local and global, online and offline – one act of compassion at a time.”
“The Archwell Foundation believes that compassion is the defining cultural force of the 21st century and, through its work, the Archwell Foundation supports a growing community of partner organizations promoting systemic cultural change,” the memo continued.
“The Archewell Foundation listens to people and their communities, helping them tell their stories, put real action behind their words, and uncover a new generation of leadership,” the file states.
